Welcome to Papakea Resort
Papakea captures the essence of Old Hawaii, with 11 low-rise condo buildings spread out across 12 oceanfront acres. This peaceful retreat is just steps from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. It is also just a short walk (<5mins to Ka'anapali Beach). The lush, manicured grounds feature vibrant red ginger, tall palm trees, koi ponds and tiki torches at night.
Papakea offers everything you need for a perfect Hawaiian getaway:

Please note: Papakea charges a $25/day resort fee, which is collected by the front desk at check-in. This fee includes 1 parking pass, WiFi, and Cable TV. Additional vehicles are $5/day, payable at check-in as well.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A Family Tradition Our family has been coming to Papakea for over 30 years-- sometimes twice a year or more! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found our version of paradise in Maui. With sprawling grassy areas, low-rise buildings, and a relaxed oceanfront setting, Papakea has been the perfect place for our kids and now grandkids to grow up swimming, exploring, frog hunting, and creating memories! In 2016, after dreaming about it for decade, we became owners. We named our condos NoniLuna after our granddaughter, affectionately nicknamed "Noni." We designed our Ohanas to be as spacious, comfortable, and welcoming for families like ours! It's our joy to share our slice of paradise with you!
